Terms and Conditions for Quit Plastic Exclusive Dealership (₹12 Lakhs Investment)
1. Exclusivity
You have the sole right to sell Quit Plastic products (dine-in & takeaway) in your designated territory. No other dealers will be appointed in your area during the agreement. Selling outside your territory requires our written consent.
2. Investment & Payment
₹12 lakhs Investment is required for the exclusive dealership. Payment terms will be Advance Only.
3. Products & Pricing
You'll have access to our full range of dine-in and takeaway products. We may update the product catalogue & pricing with reasonable notice. You must adhere to our recommended retail prices or any agreed-upon pricing.
4. Minimum Purchases
Maintain a minimum monthly purchase volume of [Specify Amount]. Failure to meet this for 3 consecutive months may result in termination of exclusivity or penalties.
5. Marketing & Branding
Actively promote our products within your territory. We'll provide marketing materials and support. Could you adhere to our branding guidelines?
6. Inventory
Maintain adequate inventory to meet demand. We may conduct inventory audits. Ensure proper storage & handling of products.
7. Performance & Reporting
Strive to achieve agreed-upon sales targets. Submit regular sales reports & inventory updates. We'll review your performance and offer feedback.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate with written notice. Termination may occur for breach of contract, poor performance, or if any hidden malpractices within the framework or supply chains.
9. Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
10. Governing Law
Indian laws govern this agreement. Disputes will be subject to Jamnagar, Gujarat court jurisdiction.
