Terms and Conditions for Quit Plastic Non-Exclusive Dine-In Dealership (₹3 Lakhs Investment Drinkware Product Range)
1. Agreement: This agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Dealer will act as a non-exclusive dealer for Quit Plastic's Drinkware & Cutlery Segment Products Range.
2. Products: The Dealer agrees to purchase and sell Quit Plastic's products within the specified territory. The products include bowls and plates made from unbleached sugarcane bagasse pulp.
3. Investment: The Dealer agrees to invest ₹3 Lakhs as a minimum initial investment to purchase 90 master cartons of Quit Plastic's products.
4. Territory: The Dealer is granted a non-exclusive right to sell Quit Plastic's products within the specified territory.
5. Pricing: The Dealer will purchase products from Quit Plastic at the wholesale prices provided. The Dealer may set their own retail prices within the territory.
6. Marketing and Sales: The Dealer is responsible for marketing and selling Quit Plastic's products within their territory. Quit Plastic may provide marketing materials and support.
7. Obligations: The Dealer agrees to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Maintain adequate inventory levels of Quit Plastic's products.

Promote Quit Plastic's products through appropriate marketing channels.

Provide accurate sales data to Quit Plastic as requested.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Dealer must return all unsold products to Quit Plastic.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If these methods fail, the parties agree to submit to arbitration in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
10. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
